Originally from Sanford, North Carolina, Attorney Edwards relocated to Fayetteville to better serve the legal needs of his community. A 2001 graduate of East Carolina University, Attorney Edwards is an avid Pirates fan and regularly attends ECU sports in his spare time. He is also very active with the alumni association of his law school alma mater, North Carolina Central University. He has experience in all levels of criminal practice, as he has served as both a public defender and Assistant District Attorney for Cumberland County. Attorney Hogan is particularly skilled at representing those accused of Driving While Impaired, having earned certification from the National College of DUI Defense. He also has significant experience defending those accused of drug crimes and white collar crime. A graduate of High Point University and North Carolina Central School of Law, Attorney Hogan gives back to the community by serving on the board of Cumberland County Legal Aid. Attorney Hogan is a member of North Carolina State Bar, 12th Judicial District Bar, American Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, American Association for Justice, and Fayetteville Young Professionals.
